My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities, which made the experience less comfortable than I expected for a supposed 3-star accommodation. Additionally, the noise levels from the unit above us made it challenging for my family to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it felt more like we were counting down the days until we could leave rather than enjoying our stay.
